This will degrade Google as a trustworthy Brand if some one misused some thing like using brand google in their own intrests of business
Why not Google come out and anounce that Google cash-2 is not its subsidary body??????????
Since the name is not actually just Google, there is nothing they can do about it, except possibly take the users to court. The legal questions are incredibly complex.
