when i run a search at google "define 覆铜板", there is a result which is doc format and a "view as HTML" link, but when i click the link(http://72.14.203.104/search?q=cache:WAjZ... google tells me "Sorry, no content found for this URL". what's wrong with google? how can i get the cached content?

It probably got removed since the last google bot crawl.
Your best bet to get the cache is via the internet website archive .. the site eludes me but if the website is low in traffic it is impossible to access this unless the author reloads the site.
