I just want to know why i get www.l.google.com (that's a lowercase L, not 1) and when i type that into my browser, it just redirects to www.google.com.

Why do i get www.l.google.com when i ping www.google.com?
it is L

l.google.com is one of google DNS servers

if u go to http://l.google.com u will go to google.com homepage

another DNS is http://writely.l.google.com/

it's the same l.google.com
Reply:Do you really thinks a lot of people will answer this question? lol
Reply:If I were guessing, I would say you hit the google firewall and was redirected to a proxy server.
