Is Google censoring my searches, or is this spyware?

So I did a Google search for Kazaa (try it), and I get

http://www.google.com/search?q=kazaa%26amp;rls...

with three of "In response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 1 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint that caused the removal(s) at ChillingEffects.org."

Is this some sort of weird spyware, or has Google taken censoring material beyond China?

It's not google, just tested it myself. Brought up Kazaa.com as well as several sites with kazaa light, then some news sites mentioning it.

Not sure exactly why you're getting that response, perhaps try another search engine? see what happens.

Reply:You do of course realize Kazaa contains a ton of spyware, it isn't worth the trouble. Try Limewire, http://www.limewire.com/ or Bearshare, http://www.bearshare.com/ instead. Report It

Reply:Do like it says and go to http://www.chillingeffects.org... and read all about it. Report It

Reply:No, I just tried it and had no problem.
Reply:Looks like a spyware
