Why do people keep using Google when Yahoo is the best?

Google is trashing the web with it algorithm. Google sponsored adds are everywhere and I can not find what I am looking for, unless someone has PAID to get listed. Even Yahoo listing has Google adds on them. I see Yahoo attempting to bridge the gap, but I still see Google everywhere. yahoo categories are more relavant and the content has more, well, content not more google adds. is google that much easier to type in the yahoo does it feel better to say or has yahoo out lived its family stardum. thanks

Why do people keep using Google when Yahoo is the best?
beautiful question. Google blows. Yahoo rules.
Reply:In my experience Google and Yahoo! return roughly the same quality of results. I prefer Yahoo! though.
Reply:I Yahoo! everything. Google isn't that great. It doesn't offer everyhting Yahoo! does. Did you know Yahoo! and Google are the same company? Who would've thought?
Reply:GO YAHOO!!!
Reply:it's a personal preference.... although, I always use yahoo too.
Reply:Yeah I always use yahoo. Except Google maps is real good. But Yahoo is the best. And Yahoo is a better name than google. It sounds like drool.
Reply:GOOGLE SUX!
Reply:I don't think Yahoo is the best. I love Google's simple, clean page. I use both though, Yahoo's Search page layouts are just too cluttered for me. I'll only use it if I want an extra search engine at my disposal.
Reply:I like google better, but they're both good search engines.
Reply:cause i guess we are dumb
Reply:personally i love yahoo too but i guess other people have their own preferances
Reply:Google is better than yahoo.
Reply:i donno y thaz gay yahoo rox!! but i gatta adnit dat i use it 2!!but yahoo has better answers and easier stes dah!!
Reply:I think it sounds better, stupid reason, but it easier to say

Go google it

or

Go yahoo it

Goggle just sounds better
Reply:yahoooooooooo
Reply:Because they're good at marketing themselves. Even tiny kids know to google something. Yahoo has had ad campaigns and such, but nothin on the scale of success attained by google, especially in "word of mouth" types of advertisement.
